He was predeceased by: his parents, George Tidwell and Elaine Tidwell; his siblings, Wynell Tubbs and Roy Tidwell; and his wife Bobbie Tidwell.

He is survived by: his siblings, Roger Tidwell and Billi Jo Tidwell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
