He is survived by: his children, David Meacham Sr. and Amanda Meacham; his brothers, Lee Meacham and Tim Meacham (Sandra); and his grandchildren, Emily Ann Meacham and Christopher David Meacham Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
