He is survived by: his children, Nick Tolbert (Jesse), Adam Tolbert (Sara), Shaun Tolbert (Rachel), Ethan Tolbert and Andrew Mote (Kayla); his grandchildren, Keith, Zac Tolbert, Abby, Emma Kate, Bentley Tolbert, Talia and Seraphina Mote; and his sisters, Melissa Waid and Kim Abbott (Benjy). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
