He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Garner and Pearl Garner; his daughters, Amy Garner and Tamela Garner; and his siblings, Eldon Garner and Carla Frost.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Garner; his children, Donald Lott, Jayden Garner, Elizabeth Garner Lawson (Zach) and Stephanie Brantley; and his siblings, Deborah Gregory (Roy), David Garner (Debbie) and Leslie Garner (Vickie). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
