He is survived by: his wife Theresa Coolidge of Cordova; his daughter Chelsea Coolidge of Sipsey; his son-in-law Scottland (Sipsey); his grandchildren, Tyler and Hazel McKinnon of Sipsey; his siblings-in-law, Misty Chadwick, Kevin Rector of Corner and Bobby Joe (Jimmie Sue Hurley); his siblings, Karen Smith (Larry) of Carbon Hill, Terry Coolidge of Boldo and Loretta Benefield (Randy) of Boldo; his nieces, Shae Cates of Dora and Kati Hurley (Sarah) of Dora; his nephew Dalton Smith of Carbon Hill; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyliee, Christopher Wright of Dora, Kristen Cates of Dora and Taylor Smith of Carbon Hill; and his close friend Sam Pate of Sipsey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
