He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Beaird; his parents, Thomas Beaird and Gladys Beaird; and his siblings, Margaret Ann Beaird, Louise Wheat and Thomas Beaird, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Joey G. Beaird and Julie B. Johnson (Malcolm); his grandchildren, Hunter Beaird (Sarra Kate), Megan Johnson and Kaitlynn Beaird; and his sisters, Dorthy Meeks (Raymond), Barbara Daniel and Donna Jackson (Clayton). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
