She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Velda Courington Pettit (Jackie), Marcie Courington Barton (Rick) and Russell Courington (Sandra); her stepdaughters, Sheerie Cain Lawson (Ren) and Stephanie Cain Pinion (Jon); her grandchildren, Chelsie Courington Pounders (Corey), Mary Hope Courington McGehee (Ryan), Kelly Slezak (Mark), Jeffrey Elliott (Holli), Brent Barton (Courtney), Blake Courington (Kayse), Zachary Kennedy, Dalton, Brett Robinson, Chris Pettit (Sarah) and Zach Pettit; and her great grandchildren, Abby Kayte Elliott, Abigail, Silas Courington, Amelia, Caroline Barton, Audie, Teddy Pounders, Esmen, Iah McGehee, Shawn Pettit, Daniel Pettit, Landon, Mason and Camdon Slezak.
