It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna P. Hill of Cordova, Alabama, who passed away on February 17, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Chris Nelson; her parents, Clayton Whitworth and Kathleen Whitworth; her son Chad Nelson; her niece Kelly McClendon; her nephew Matthew Elliott; and her close friend Linda Raney.
She is survived by: her son Anthony; her sister Annette McClendon; her grandchildren, Tyler Nelson, Kirklan Nelson, Austin Callahan (Beth), Aubrie Howton, Ayson Nelson, Amersyn "Bitty" Nelson, Cash Nelson and Blu Nelson; her siblings, Jim Williams, Sheila Walton (Roy), Sandra Jones (Larry), Jackie McGaughy (Gary) and Hank Elliott (Carla); her son William Nelson; and her close friend George Raney, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
