He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Lee and Annie Bell Whitlow; his brothers, Ricky Lee Whitlow and Phillip Whitlow; and his stepdaughter Katie Terry.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Whitlow; his daughter Crystal Whitlow; his stepson Daniel Coy Terry; his siblings, Roger Whitlow (Faye), Terry Whitlow, Chesteen White (David) and Patricia Cooper (Dennis); and his granddaughter Rosie Smith.
