She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Eugene Eubank and Ruth Lucinda Eubank. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Arthur Lee Middleton Sr.; her sons, Arthur Lee Middleton Jr. (Carol) and Billy Joe Middleton; and her grandchildren, Mendy Middleton, Matthew Middleton and John Mark Middleton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Samaria Baptist Church – Missions, P.O. Box 1365 Jasper, AL 35502.
