It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charline Murphy in Cook Springs, Alabama, born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on November 9, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Durham Taylor and Charlie Taylor; and her sisters, Margaret Walker (Gene) and Marilyn Aldridge. She is survived by: her husband Frank Murphy, Sr.; her children, David Murphy (Phyllis) of Pell City, Frank Murphy of Rome, Paul Murphy (Debbie) of Winfield, Martha Jenkins (Larry) of Prattville and Walt Murphy (Casey) of Loxley; and her brother George Taylor of Tuscaloosa. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family is encouraging those who wish to make a donation to the Missions First Fund at First Baptist Church of Sylacauga.
