It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Saumel Thomas Walton (Columbiana, Alabama), who passed away on January 24, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis Sr. and Lela Mae Walton; his former wife Edna Hyde Walton; and his son David Lee Walton. He is survived by: his wife Kay Walton; his children, Tom Walton (Cathy), Kristi Moore (Larry) and Angelia Busby (Leland); and his sister Charlotte Walton Freeman (Mac). He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren; his 18 great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at 207 Hwy 47, Columbiana, AL 35051.
