He is survived by: his wife Liesl Ward Harris; his father John William Harris, Jr.; his sister Cathy Ficzere; his brother-in-law Joe Ficzere; his nephew Joseph Turner; his niece Bailee Ficzere; his siblings-in-law, Hal, Jane Ward and Laurel Ward; his nephews, Isaac "Nacho" Ward, Kye Winn and Matthew Winn; and his niece Chloe Ward.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Disciples Fellowship Church (3064 Lorna Rd, Birmingham, AL 35216). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
