He is survived by: his wife Catherine Walton; his sister Pat Mack; and his sons, Mike (Ann), Jerry (Terry) and John (Caroline). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society.
