She was predeceased by: her parents, Braxton Bragg Mooney and Elma Mooney; her brother Joe; her husband Charlie O. Jr.; and her sons, Robert Steven Foster (Steve) and James Alan Foster (Lynn).
She is survived by: her sister Judy Blankenship; her daughter Lucrica Foster; her granddaughter Sadie Foster Kelosky (Ryan); and also Cindy Foster. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
