She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Backin, Sr. and Verna Mildred Smith Brackin; her husband Everett Mark Bumpus; her son Billy Eugene Parker; her grandson Corey Harrison; her stepson Andrew Mark Bumpus; her siblings, Frances Holmes, Mildred Newman, Betty Jean Parker, Henrietta Gray and Rufus "Buster" Brackin, Jr.; her children, Anita Harrison, Terry Lynn Parker (Lisa Proctor) and Toby Ray Parker (Dawn Thorne); her sisters, Nelda Prokopchuk (Don) of Panama City, FL and Cathy Ross; her granddaughters, Crystal Milner, Terra Lindsey and Amanda Soler; and her great grandchildren, Lilly Soler, Anthony Milner and Brianna Milner.
