It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Nell Duke of Columbia, Alabama, who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Haley Holton and Bea Essie Thomley Holton; her children, Douglas Talmadge Hutto and Jackie Lynn Hutto; her grandson Andy Ard; her brother James Howard Holton; and her stepdaughter Kristy Louise Duke.
She is survived by: her husband Cecil Edward Duke; her stepsons, Tracy Duke (Becky) of Columbia and Jody Duke of Columbia; her sister Elaine Watson; her grandson Joshua Dismukes; her stepgrandchildren, Chloe Duke, Brianna Duke Martin (Josh), Dylan Garrett, Brantley Worthington and Bailey Worthington; and her great grandchildren, Noah Dismukes, Morgan Ard and Cash Martin.
