She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilton "Buck" Hartzog and Mary Crowley Hartzog; and her brothers, Hilton Jackson Hartzog, LaDon Hartzog and Douglas Hartzog.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Brunson; and her sisters, Julie Kirkland (Chipley), Martha Wilkins (William) and Bobbie Greathouse (John).
