It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances McDaniel of Columbia, Alabama, who passed away on February 22, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Johnny James Smith and Dorothy Henderson Smith; her husband John McDaniel; her children, Pam McDaniel Volf and Kenneth McDaniel; her sister Shirley Duke; her grandchildren, Nathan Volf, Hannah McDaniel and Zack Volf; her niece Sheila Wakefield (Thomas); and her nephew Lee Duke (Kelly).

Social distancing guidelines and masks will be observed.
