He is survived by: his wife Louise Smith Lewis; his children, Mary Ann Phillips (Wayne), Graceville, Barbara Hamm (Floyd), Wayne Lewis (Brenda) of Columbia and Bobby Lewis (Mary) of Columbia; his sister Ruby Nell Trawick of Columbia; and his grandchildren, Carolyn Stewart, Paula Blackwell (Robert), James Robert Williams, Melissa Sims, Ashley Lewis, Misty Lewis, Shelley Bunyard (Dan), Clay Hamm (Alisa) and Daphine Hamm.
