He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Crawford Rivenbark; his parents, William Claude Rivenbark and Martha Twitty Rivenbark; his brother Albert Rivenbark; his sister-in-law Laura Jean Rivenbark; his parents-in-law, Edward and Mabel Crawford; his sisters-in-law, Mable Emily Crawford and Margaret Ann Crawford; and his great grandchild Callie Grace Rivenbark.
He is survived by: his son David Lee Rivenbark, Jr. (Camille) of Auburn, AL; his extended family, Edward Crawford Rivenbark (Mary Asher) of Covington, LA and William Claude Rivenbark (Rebecca) of Chapel Hill, NC; his brother-in-law Rutledge Crawford of Dothan, AL; his grandchildren, Dustin Rivenbark (Aimee), Emily Crawford Rivenbark Hicks (Huston), Will Rivenbark, David Rivenbark III, Mary Charles Rivenbark, Jay Rivenbark, Mallie Rivenbark, Whitt Rivenbark and Ryn Rivenbark; and his great grandchildren, Brianna and Adison Rivenbark.
