He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence T. Oakley, Sr. and Eleanor Oakley Gordy; his stepfather Frank B. Gordy; his brother Lawrence Thomas Oakley, Jr.; his wife Betty McKemie Oakley; his sons, Benjamin F. "Chip" Oakley, Jr. (Katherine) and Lawrence Oakley (Kim); and his grandchildren, Beth Oakley, Dexter Larson, Will Oakley and Lexie Larson.
Masks and social distancing guidelines will be observed.
