It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arietta Elliott of Columbia, Alabama, who passed away on December 21, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Henry Hickman and Kate Vinson Hickman; her husband George Elliott, Sr.; and her sons, Jackie Elliott, George Elliott, Jr., Ronnie Elliott and Bobby Joe Elliott.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Robinson (Ray) and Rev. Larry Elliott (Patricia); her daughters-in-law, Sue Elliott Kelly, Diane Elliott, Peggy Elliott Brannon, Joy Elliott Littlefield, Ann Elliott, Jean Elliott Nall and Marsha Gamble Elliott; her sisters, Aline Snellgrove and Betty Ann Singleton (E. B.) of Miramar Beach, FL; and her grandchildren, Mark Elliott, Michelle Harrelson, Denise Knight, Joey Elliott, Kevin Elliott, Johnny Elliott, Stacy Elliott, Jamie Elliot, Ashley Elliot, Mandy Elliott Littlefield and Casey Elliott.
