He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Ragan; his siblings, Irene Ashley, Willa May Blackwell and Gene Ragan; and his parents, Herman Ragan and Vesta Ragan.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Ragan (Sherrie) of Gadsden, Deborah Glenn (Michael) of Gadsden and Beckie Brooks (Jason) of Southside; his grandchildren, Heath Glenn (Aimee), Todd Glenn (Benita), Jennifer Glenn, Kendra Jordan (Kyle), Kaylan Perry (Blake), Dylan and Jasie Brooks; his sister Martha Dean Daugherty; his sister-in-law Caroline Dixon; and his close friends, Norman and Betty Jones. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
