She is survived by: her husband George Purdy, Sr.; her children, Georgette Farmer, Cheryl Jacobs and George Purdy; her sisters, Sandra Savage and Frances Milton; her grandchildren, Charity Lumpkins, Andrew Bertram, Evelyn Bertram, Kyra Jacobs, Alexis Jacobs and Harley Jacobs; and her great grandchild Nico Wooten. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
