He was predeceased by: his parents, Ingeborg Marie and Robert C. Gage; his sister Doris; his brother-in-law Leon Brink; his parents-in-law, Doc and Polly Gladden; and his brother-in-law Noah Gladden.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Gladden Pruitt Gage; his children, Julie Gage, Randall Gage and Steven Pruitt; and his grandchildren, Mollie Horton (Kyle), Shannon Vervynckt (Conner), Blake, Haley Pruitt, Lydia, Norah Horton, Adaline and Bennett Vervynckt.
