He was predeceased by: his parents, William Andrews and Arthurine Kyle; his daughter Sheila Beard; his son-in-law Jerry Beard; his grandson Buddy Coal Beard; and also Willie Kyle.

He is survived by: his siblings, Jemima Jolly and Kelly; his wife Margaret Andrews; his sister Jeanine Jones (Todd); and his children, William Andrews, Jr. (Erica), Kevin Lunceford (Kasey), Kelly Burroughs (Travis), Kimberly Goodwin (Wayne), Kristy Lunceford, Krystal Cleary (Brandon) and Jessika Andrews. He is also survived by grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Cancer Care Center of Tuscaloosa.
