She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Shuttlesworth and Aleese Shuttlesworth; her husband Charlie Ellis Blake; and her brothers, John Shuttlesworth and Tom Shuttlesworth.
She is survived by: her son Scott Blake (Dexter Snider); her godson BJ Hamilton; her nieces, Tiffany Pitman, Maudie Lundey (Danny), Tina Mcwhirter (Danny) and Donna Price; and her sister-in-law Lura Shuttlesworth. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
