He is survived by: his wife Allene Hawthorne Madison; and his children, Jeri M. Gregg (Bill), Susan Lee (Harvey), Lisa Jacobs Collier (Cole), Tim Madison (Edie), Cliff Madison and Chris Madison (Belinda). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
