He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Nelson and Lucille Nelson; and his brothers, James Nelson and Hoyt Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Jewel; his children, April Nelson, Glen Nelson (Dianne) and Blake Nelson (Misty); his sisters, Juanita Sanford, Jewel Dean Williams and Caroline Murray; and his grandchildren, Hunter Allen Nelson, Beau Caden Nelson, Anna Kate Nelson and Ella Hope Nelson.
