He was predeceased by: his sister Angie. He is survived by: his wife Nannett Hollingsworth; his parents, Bruce Hollingsworth and Gail Hollingsworth; his siblings, Wesley (Lynn) and Mindy; and his children, Amber, Tyler and Joey. He is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews, numerous grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
