He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora D. Law and Eli Law Sr.; his wife Rilla Mae Law; his siblings, James Law, Donny Law Sr., Eli J. Law Jr., Willie Law and Sylvia Dortch; and his stepson Willie Williams Jr..

A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ebenezer Baptist Church.
