He is survived by: his mother Margaret Lavina Salter Edberg; his sons, Brian Edberg (Jennifer) and Brad Edberg (Leigh); his grandchildren, Payton Dunaway (Parker) of Atlanta, Josie Edberg of Birmingham, Bayleigh Edberg (Hayden McCoy) of Samson, Chance McKee of Samson, Brantley Edberg of Samson, Ausley Edberg of Chancellor, Colby Sheffield of Tallassee and Shane Sheffield (Jesse) of Coffee Springs; his great grandchild Whitlee Sheffield; the mother of his children Teresa Davis (Randy) of Coffee Springs; his granddaughters, Julie Wise Britt of Samson and Wanda Tyler Cotter of Enterprise; his girlfriend Darlene Tutor; and his brothers, Donald Perry Edberg (Liz) of Dothan and James Edwin "Jimmy" Edberg of New Brockton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
