It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Royce Herrington of Coffee Springs, Alabama, born in Enterprise, Alabama, who passed away on October 10, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Herrington and Minnie Ruth Herrington; his wife Emma Ann Herrington (Jeter); and his daughter Terri Ann Herrington. He is survived by: his son Michael Herrington; his brother Roy; his siblings-in-law, Annette Herrington, Ira, Annette Jeter, Fannie Rae Jeter and Carola Jeter; his niece Sandra Carmichael; his granddaughter Heather Carmichael; his great grandchild Fallyn Steele Carmichael; his friends, Gloria Lee McCrummen, Bobby Crowell, Steve Wood, Randall and Liz Lane (Raulson); and also Wilbur Hall. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children 2900 Rocky Point Drive Tampa, FL 33607 US in Royce's memory, in honor of Cody Herrington.
