He was predeceased by: his parents, James Aaron and Ada Bell McIntosh Heath; his siblings, Willie, Essie Mock, B. J., Dan, Sr., Horace and Cliff Heath; his niece Gwendolyn Heath; and his nephews, Jimmy Heath, Danny Mock and Mike Mock.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Shirley Bowdoin (Bob) of Coffee Springs, AL, Bobbie McIntosh of Enterprise, AL, Dana Heath of Geneva, AL, Jimmy Shiver (Bonzie) of Geneva, AL, Joe Heath (Debbie) of Enterprise, AL and Eddie Mock (Barbara) of Coffee Springs, AL.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Marvin Chapel Assembly of God church cemetery fund.
