He was predeceased by: his wife Linda; and his parents, Ivan "Gene" Underwood and Kate Underwood. He is survived by: his children, David Underwood (Andrea) of Montgomery and Stephanie Brumberg (Adam) of Enterprise; his granddaughters, Payton and Harper Underwood; and his siblings, Dwight (Jennifer) Underwood (Opp), Jo "Jody" Lawson of Titusville, FL and Jill Underwood of Jacksonville, FL.
