He is survived by: his children, Brittany Self and Justin Self (Ashley); his grandchildren, Afton Tice, Welles Self, Teagan Tice and Wilder Self; his sister Thelma Johnson; his nieces, Angel Collier, April Foutz (Steven) and Alena Lee (Johnny); and his nephew Ricky Johnson, Jr. (Pam).
