He is survived by: his parent Isabel Clarke; his children, Stacey Clarke Windham (Harold), Tammy Powers (David) and Oliver Bart Clarke; his grandchildren, Katie Hamilton (Andy), Victorian Blocker, Josette Clarke, Antonio Clarke and Natalyn Powers; his great grandchildren, Myla and Hayden Lane; his wife Janith Clarke; and his siblings, Robert L Clarke, Daniel L Clarke, Vita Clarke, Elinor Edwards (Jimmy) and Sarah Bosarge (Scott). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
