She was predeceased by: her husband James Earl Burt Sr; her daughter Candice Renee Burt-Weir; her granddaughter Crystalyn Louise Weir; and her brother Benjamin Carey III (Boo). She is survived by: her children, Crystal Michelle Burt, Jamie Anderson (Joe), James Earl Burt Jr and Nivea Shantee Ward; and her grandchildren, Alexis, Dylan, Tyson, Tori, Brennen, Marlana, Alissa, Jax, Kadee, Briana, Bubba and Tiffany.
