He was predeceased by: his parents, Needham Ward and Eleanor Ward. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Larkin Ward; his children, Needham Earl Ward, Jr. (Lynn-Hall Walker) and Evelyn Ann Dahl; his grandchildren, Adam Earl Ward, Alexander Hartman Ward, Brittany Dahl Alsabrook (Richard Joshua Alsabrook) and Katherine Larkin Ward (Cole Jacob Dutton); his great grandchild Anna Katherine Alsabrook; and his sister Ethelda Jones.
