He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Morris; his grandchildren, D. J. and Lacy; his parents, Walter Morris and Clara Morris; and his siblings, Martha McBee, Ola Mae Pack, Louise Wynne, Debbie Henley and Jimmy Ray Morris.
He is survived by: his children, Barry Morris, Darrell "Bodie" Morris, Denise Ruth, Ronald Morris and Christopher Morris; his siblings, Faye Guess, Ann Neal, Pauline Guess and Robert Lee Morris; and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Rene, Richey, Justin, Charlie, Taylor, Anthony, Trae, John, Logan and Dalton. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
