He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Layton; and his brother Cecil J Layton. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Baker (Steve), Katy Sund (Jimmy), Phillip Fontes (Jacqui), Aaron Fontes (Vicki) and Richard Fontes; and his sister Barbra Parr (Bobby). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
