He is survived by: his parent Ellen Elizabeth Hill Willard, Sr.; his daughters, Amy Marie Garner of Union and Michelle Jane Kiser of Kingsport, TN; and his sister Judy W. Corley of Whitmire. He is also survived by five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
