He is survived by: his wife Jan Garner of Cleveland; his daughter Susan Wallace (Brian) of Medina, TN.; his grandchildren, Nic Wallace of Medina, TN., Lauren Wallace of Medina, TN. and Madison Wallace of Medina, TN.; his siblings, Randy Perkins (Darlene) of Mt, Peggy Garner of Quinlen, TX., Christy Hardin (Richard) of Quinlen, TX. and Donna Davis (Eddie) of Quinlen, TX.; his stepfather Harold Perkins of Fultondale; and also Olive. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
