He was predeceased by: his father Perry Cox. He is survived by: his daughter Caitlyn Cox (Logan Thompson); his mother Sara Hayes Cox; and his brothers, Daniel Cox (Lisa) and Scott Cox (Sharon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
