He is survived by: his children, DeAnna Moore (Blake), Brandy Entrekin (Tim) and Randy Culwell (Kayla); his wife Kathy Warnick; his siblings, Kelly Warnick, Patricia Jenkins and Charlotte Hill (Joe); and his grandchildren, Addie, Chloe Wilson, Leonidus and Lincoln Culwell.
