He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Donald Ray Howell and Mary Jean Howell. He is survived by: his children, Landon Howell, Jamie Loren Howell and Juliana Howell; the mother of his children Kristen Howell; and his siblings, Mark Steven Howell (Kristi), Ryan Howell (Melanie), Lisa Thomason and Sonya Colee (Greg).
