He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Bullard and Ruby Bullard; and his siblings, Wayne Bullard, Johnny Bullard and Linda Dempsey.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Bullard; his children, Keith Herndon (Donna), Amy Richards (Glenn), Anita Williams (Michael), Bettina Carroll (Todd) and Melissa Tyska; and his sisters, Faye Hill and Inez Sivley (Jerry). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren.
