He is survived by: his wife LaVirgie Jones Franklin; his children, Joel Franklin (Toni), Pam Pinyan (Dale), Rex Branham (Felicia) and Loil Branham (Susan); and his brother Cecil Franklin. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
