He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Parvin and Lenora Culwell Parvin (Love); his daughter Pamela Culwell; and his brother James A. Culwell. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Culwell; his son Rick Culwell (Terri); his granddaughters, Breanna Culwell Sims (Triston) and Brooklyn Culwell; and his niece Dana Culwell Reid (Brian). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
